Processing time

All orders for our in-stock products will be processed and shipped out in 4-7 business days. As I pack and ship out orders entirely myself, please be patient as I fulfil the orders especially during shop reopenings, new product launches and sale periods!

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. An email notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

All orders are shipped from our home studio based in Singapore via SingPost.

Singapore & Malaysia: 2-7 business days
International: 2-5 weeks

Do note that delivery times are estimates and shipments may be delayed during periods with a high volume of orders or during holiday periods.

We now offer flat shipping rates for both domestic and international orders!

*Letter Mails are only available for orders consisting of flat paper products like stickers and prints. No tracking number will be provided. We recommend opting for the Tracked Package option to avoid your item(s) getting lost in transit!

Should you believe that you've entered a wrong address, please email us as soon as possible and we'll see if it's possible to make the necessary amendments.
