Payment and Shipping
Where do you ship from?
→ We ship worldwide from Singapore!
How long does delivery usually take?
→ Delivery transit time depends on where you're located. Please refer to our shipping information page for more details.
How much does shipping cost?
→ We offer flat rate shipping for all domestic and international orders. Both tracked and untracked options are available. Do check out our shipping information page for more details.
Do you ship to the EU/UK?
→ Yes, we do! However, we do not charge any VAT fees on our platform. Customers will be responsible for the payment of any VAT fees incurred. Any reshipment costs will be borne by the customer as well.
My shipment never arrived, what should I do?
→ If you opted for the Tracked Package shipping option, a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch. Packages are handed over to your local postal services once they arrive in your country, so do check with them regarding the status of your shipment.
We are unfortunately unable to track your order if you opted for Letter Mail. Please note that we are not liable for lost mails.

Are the products in-stock?
→ All products are in-stock unless otherwise stated.
When will my pre-order(s) arrive?
→ All information regarding pre-order timelines and details will be available on the product's page itself. Customers who have placed a pre-order will also be notified via email once their order has been shipped out.
The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
→ We usually restock popular items with the exception of limited-time drops. Do follow us on Instagram for updates on restocks and new drops!
Will my order consisting of both in-stock and pre-order items be shipped together?
→ Yes, orders consisting of at least 1 pre-order item will be shipped out together once the pre-order item reaches us. If you'd like for your items to be mailed separately, please make 2 separate orders!
What's the difference between B-grade and standard items?
→ B-grade items are items that may come with imperfections (eg. mis-cuts, visible specks/marks or bubbles). We will be offering B-grade items at a discounted price compared to standard ones.
What are the products made of?
→ We use vinyl for all our stickers, and homemade, non-toxic cold porcelain clay for all clay creations. For more information regarding a product's materials, please check out the product's page.

Turnaround time varies from 2-4 weeks, depending on our current workload and order volume.
