Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at romisplanet@gmail.com with your order number if any item(s) you received is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will appreciate it if you can include photos/videos of the item(s) so that we can make a fair evaluation. Do note that item(s) should be in their original packaging/condition.
Upon verification, we will issue you a refund in the form of store credits. Should any item(s) be unavailable or out of stock, we will issue a cash refund.
